Curtis or Swiss Family Robinson? You tell me

Another good friend hired me to do her family portraits , I feel honored :) but this time it was just the kiddos!
Robert, Sophia, and Emma Curtis! This shoot was way too interesting and funny, I know I have fun on every shoot because not only am I doing what I love but the people I shoot make my day. There is always a story and a learning experience that comes along with each one.

Tigers and Wolfs and Bears, OH MY!

The lovely Caro Collado turned 21 and wanted a shoot with her fabulous animals, she works at a private zoo.Her description of what she wanted was FIERCE, and that is exactly what we got! Further back in my blog you will see Caro with MY animals, no worries, they are just puppys NOT wolfs lol, and I mentioned I would be working with animals again. Well these animals are drastically different seeing as they can seriously injure you, but despite feeling a bit threatened I had a blast and learned so much not only about photography aspects but of the animals themselves. Caro is seriously the Animal Whisperer and I could not have pictured a better setting or theme for her shoot.

Miss Fox sports

Miss Charina Ferreira was asked to enter into the pageant search for the next MISS FOX SPORTS and I had the privilege  of helping her meet her requirements, photographically of course. As I have said before I love to help people  in their chosen career paths and be a big part of it. In most cases a photograph needs to speak for the person. I have faith she can make it , but we just have to tune in to find out and I will keep you guys updated. Mora Family

To say the least, this was THE most interesting/challenging shoot I have done. Even though this is my friends Family (Lety) the two younger ones were the hardest to get to cooperate! lol. Although the end result came out great we did have a couple mishaps, such as Olivia (the mom) fell off the rocks into the water AND got stung by a bee and still continued with the shoot! Let's talk about a True sport. The Father Ricardo, kept cracking us all up no on knew he had this model potential in him and these Ideas for posing came from where? He obviously is attracted to the limelight :D Well I hope you enjoy looking at these photos as much as I did shooting them.

I wanted to do something fun and different! and I decided on a personality shot and told them to bring a prop that described them and their hobby.

So we have little Ricky the tennis player, Ricardo the fisherman, Lety the nerd/future lawer... notice the LSAT and Olivia the Flamenco dancer.
